The summer  rental season is upon us, so make an appointment or e-mail your request for additional photos and location of these selected rentals. Our season starts as early and as late as you schedule demands. 

Get out of the hot city and enjoy cool mountain air, green grass and rushing mountain streams.Fishing, biking, golfing, antique shopping, and dont forget Horses under the Sun at Saugerties, watch grand prix jumpers!! 

   Typical winter season Nov.15 - April 15th  ,  most leases require a 15% security deposit and paid in full upon occupancy...   Choose  your mountain and ski  any day of the winter season.  Utilities, snow plowing and gargabe removal  is also in addition  unless noted in the rental description.
